He doesn’t say anything, doesn’t even nod, but now he’s looking at me strangely and he lowers his sunglasses and says, with a slight grimace, “Uh … your nose is bleeding.” I stand there rock still for a moment, before understanding that I have to do something about this, so I pretend to be suitably embarrassed, quizzically touch my nose then bring out my Polo handkerchief—already spotted brown—and wipe the Jollist Bunch of Caregivers this side of the nuthouse merry christmas shirt Besides,I will do this blood away from my nostrils, overall handling it sort of well. “Must be the altitude.” I laugh. “We’re up so high.” The elevator stops at my floor and when the doors open I tell Tom, “I’m a big fan. It’s really good to finally meet you.” That’s hilarious. Apparently BEE lived in the same building as Tom Cruise in the East Village while he was writing American Psycho. He must have had a similar experience.

It was a Letterman interview Cruise did. Bale caught it on late night TV and thought he came off as ultra ultra friendly in a creepily over the Jollist Bunch of Caregivers this side of the nuthouse merry christmas shirt Besides,I will do this top rehearsed way and had an unnerving “manic” intensity. There’s a panel discussion/interview thing with the director of American Psycho where Bale describes Cruise’s personality in that interview as “like someone put a gun to your head and told you you had sixty seconds to become the life of the party.” I get the impression he has severe social anxiety and over compensates. He definitely has some neurodivergent behaviors as well. It’s hard to tell if it’s a mental illness though. Edit: Read this again and want to clarify I am not saying neurodivergence is a mental illness. I am saying it’s hard to tell if his personality is one or the other or both. It’s crazy how perfectly this describes Cruise. Bale’s ability to capture a person/character in a single sentence like this has got to be why his roles are always so visceral.

1. Length is measured from the highest point on the collar down to the bottom hem. 2. Width is measured across the body of the shirt under the armpits, one way. 3. Sleeves are measured from center back to hem.
