I used to need to go about 6-7 times a day and 3 times a night. Until I read a text saying don’t go just in case and don’t go just to go. If you’re also exhibiting weight loss, fatigue, extreme thirst, and/or unaccounted for illness, check your blood glucose with a finger-stick test if you know anyone who owns one, or go to your PCP as soon as possible. Diabetic Ketoacidosis is no joke and it’s important to ensure that you avoid that before anything else. I was one of the lucky few who didn’t go into DKA and I’m glad I checked early and found out before I did.

But the chance is existent enough that if you are exhibiting the other symptoms, you should check on it 62 now. I pee frequently. I fill the 64oz. Hydroflask at least twice a day. I’m guessing I pee probably 8-10 times a day, and 2 sometimes 3 at night. I got smart, before I start a garage project, I pee. Don’t have the inkling, but nothing irritates me more than sitting on the garage floor, and having to get up right away to pee. Also, I’m sure the older guys can attest, when you gotta pee, you gotta pee now. Younger days, could hold it for hours. Now? Get out of the way. If you are only peeing 4x a day, you are not well hydrated at all. You need to to drink 2oz for every pound you weigh. For example, if you weigh 150 lbs, 150/2 =75oz of water. Yes, it is a lot and you don’t have to drink that much if it’s too much but that about you need to drink. You’ll pee a lot!! I drink 1.5 gal a day + other drinks like diet soda and protein shake, also take vyvanse which can be diuretic. I piss 10-20 times a day
