I was speechless after this and I got furious after listening to all the Jeremy Lamb American professional basketball player T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this bullshit that came out of those guys mouths. I started defending my point by showing them Reddit posts where people faced the same problem but got a replacement (but it was USA – not India). The main uncle there was clueless and said what’s Reddit – India uncles with no clue of the world and attitude higher than the Burj Khalifa. The service guys started making fun of my situation that they see people like me every day?? WTF is that supposed to mean???? Now, they are asking me for 18,000 rupees if I want a replacement and 9-10,000 rupees if I want to repair them. This is so pathetic and sad. And they know I won’t pay this much ever. This is so shitty behavior from their side.

I tried my best to not lose my cool – it hurts so bad right now because for me it was kind of an expensive purchase – I bought it to celebrate my new job offer and I wanted to finally buy something nice for myself with my own money for the Jeremy Lamb American professional basketball player T-Shirt Furthermore, I will do this first time in life and this is what I got. Never in my life, am I going to buy anything expensive for myself and nothing from Sony especially. This was the first and worst consumer experience of my life. To put things in perspective – I bought them with almost 2/3rd of my month’s salary. So, I am still sad about it. Sorry for this long rant and F*uck Sony. Now I just want to know from the people of r/india that is there a way to file a complaint against them or should I just lose hope and move on? Someone else faced this same issue ever and got it resolved and if yes, then how did they resolve it?
