Describe what you mean by “empty mind”; not using metaphor but what its like experimentally. Because I can hallucinate and imagine what it could be like and be way off. If you completely black out then wake up the Jay Hilgenberg Cleveland Browns football shirt What’s more,I will buy this next morning without any dreams or experiences, then your consciousness is still very asleep. Bruce Lee trained wing chun kung fu. Here he is more talking about physically being like water. In Wing Chun if an opponent attacks you forcefully you don’t try to oppose the force, you accept it and redirect it to them. You accept the force like calm water, then crash the force back at them like a wave. The clear your mind aspect is not thinking about technique or forms and relying on intuition. Of course this only works after years of actually focusing and studying techniques and forms. It sounds like to me that you thought about whether or not “there a biological, scientific, religious or philosophical explanation for this state in your mind,” otherwise, you wouldn’t have asked the question in the first place.

Am I being someone special and me and the Jay Hilgenberg Cleveland Browns football shirt What’s more,I will buy this people around me have just not realised it yet ? Is Bruce Lee and having an empty mind not part of mindfulness ? Like making your mind be in the present moment ? Philosophy is itself the disease for which it pretends to be the cure: the wise man does not pursue wisdom but lives his life, and therein precisely does his wisdom lie. Bruce Lee This is essentially an evolved form of the spiritual ego and isn’t a real state. Actually, a mind-state is all it is, it’s not grounded in the moment or pure awareness, it’s grounded in an attachment to a thought. Who is the person thinking they have no thoughts? How do you think “I have no thoughts” if you have no thoughts? Who would be the “I” in this scenario? Only the self can have no thoughts, but you are not the self, you’re just awareness. You’re grounded in an idea the self has created, it’s not pure awareness.
