From what I know about the Jasper high school alumni tiger shirt in addition I really love this marque, ownership of the tracker system passes to the owner on purchase. I’d ask your friend if there was some communication regarding this as I’m sure they will either produce an email or some other kind of document that will distance themselves from this. The issue is if its in the contract that the tracker payments fall to the buyer upon transfer of ownership then even if the company never explicitly said to the buyer that they will need to set up a subscription for the tracker the insurance won’t budge. Ignorance is not an excuse and they should have read the contract, it’s worth looking at the contract again if it doesn’t say it then there is a case. Pursuing the dealership might be more fruitful if they have genuinely failed to inform him of the handover process. On 1 there isn’t anything you can do and regardless the cars not coming back, if it is even in one piece it isn’t in the UK anymore.

It may be worded in such a way that the Jasper high school alumni tiger shirt in addition I really love this dealership has failed in its obligations. I doubt there would be liability, but someone who owns a Ferrari and lives in Kensington should have the money to pay a lawyer to closely examine it. Please familiarise yourself with our subreddit rules before contributing further, and message the mods if you have any further queries. Well worth a good look and a decent lawyer will likely manage getting cash out of them anyway. Luxury car dealers that screw up things like that won’t be in business long. The dealership hasnt screwed up here though, the car owner has by not being responsible and properly aranging to take over the communications for the tracker device. That would have been a requirement explained to them by their insurers.
