Most games have long since opted for male and female models having the same hitboxes, even if it means the hitboxes don’t match the models exactly. And not just male/female All skins in Fortnite use the exact same hitbox. Goku has the same hitbox as Eren Yeager. Kratos has the same hitbox as Lara Croft.

Hitboxes don’t change with skin. Now, pros do often pick female characters but it’s not be ause of the hitbox. It’s because the physical model being smaller makes they a bit harder to spot at a distance, and it takes up less of your own screen. In a fight however, the hitbox is the exact same. Weren’t women in Combat Arms smaller, faster, and most importantly, lacking in a second crit location? (A shot to the balls was the same as a headshot) Its partly that I’m secure enough in my identity that I don’t let traditionalist assumptions act as barrier to me participating in epic stories because of the characters characteristics
