I had a customer come up to me and ask me if a woman named Beatrice still worked in ogp. I told him I wasn’t sure based on the Jalen Hurts Shirt Also,I will get this name he gave me and asked him what she looked like. He described her and I just said I’m sorry sir but you just described most of the morning crew, and since I close I don’t know all of them. He was like and stormed off muttering something. Like wtf I literally said I don’t know everyone wtf do you want me to do This is why if somebody’s asking for another employee I just pretend i have no idea and hope they give up. If somebody REALLY needs to talk to that employee and they arent a complete stranger or stalker they can probably just call them anyway.

Jalen Hurts Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

You ain’t supposed to tell customers about people working in the Jalen Hurts Shirt Also,I will get this store or there schedule that’s a recipe for someone to get assaulted or more lol Had one get mad at me cuz I straight up told them I couldn’t disclose a coworkers schedule. “I’m not some crazy stalker, I just need to talk to heeeerrr” I don’t like giving that info to people anyways because you never know if they’re an abusive ex or family member. When people call asking if someone’s there I never tell them we all have cell phones and idk who you are sooo not happening I’m actually glad you didn’t know who it was because he sounds like an abusive ex or something. I never tell anyone if so an so is there because one time a girl I worked with was working and one of the Csms told a guy over the phone yeah she’s here and he came down and beat the crap out of her for leaving him. He was arrested on-site. She suffered a brain bleed and multi broken bones. It was really sad. During covid, we had doors closed to limit the number of people coming in. I told a lady that a door she was trying to leave through was closed, and she spit at me before going into a racist rant. A woman who worked in the HBA area was letting a customer know that she had to go as the store was closed. Her response was I shop here all the time, how dare you. As my co-worker insisted that the store was closed and she would have to go even so, her response was rather hostile. She spit in her face and said “I hope you get covid and die.” That 100% resulted in a court case. Another one of my co-workers had a man attempt to throw a case of water at her head at self checkout because she told him the limit was two cases of water per person back in the middle of the pandemic. He was trying to buy like eight cases. so many i could list but i had an old idiot this morning throw 2 bags of charol on the ground and break open causing charcoal to go all over self checkout because no registers were open.. we literally just opened it was 6:11am. he then had a fit because the bags broke and threatened a TL with a shovel if he didn’t help him clean it up
