Couple bits of advice I can offer, though. Make sure you ask your GP to refer you to the Jakobi Meyers American football wide receiver Las Vegas Diving T-Shirt But I will love this community mental health nurse if you’re not already in contact with them, more and more surgeries now have a CMHN that works specifically in liaison with them so it speeds up the process a bit and also give you that security of knowing who you’re dealing with. Also make sure you check out Mind because at the moment I saw on the Instagram they’re running some free sessions on various things so they might have something they can offer. Are you governemnt based by any chance? I got about a 6 month mental health break too as my OCD prevented me from leaving the house. CBT therapy had a 14 month waiting list. Ended up in ER 3 times. Government work place looks after you well though. I’m going back today after 4 weeks off with PTSD and I have aired a grievance against the company for failure of duty of care. The first thing I have to do is have a meeting about it. I’m also bricking it a bit.

Hope it goes ok and that you have a good Union rep with you. Well done for being brave enough to raise the Jakobi Meyers American football wide receiver Las Vegas Diving T-Shirt But I will love this grievance. Good luck. I went back last week after 2 months off after my wife nearly died giving birth to our daughter. I thought by the end of it I might have been ‘blagging’ it a bit but I definitely wasn’t in retrospect. My employer was also very understanding and remains so, we’re very lucky. Don’t be scared of asking them for help and for taking your time. But even more often, in my experience, is reducing the level just below the brim ever so slightly and feeling like we have done all we need – only the next time someone jogs the bucket or sloshes the glass we are over again. Going back a little later, if you can afford to and are supported to, is WAY better for your employer and dependents than yo-yoing because you came back too early, so it sounds like you’ve done the right things.
