Indeed. Thus it is good to get agreed upon facts. I agree with you about all that. And I agree that you handled your situation well. I’m just saying that “facts over feelings” isn’t a great relationship slogan, because once the Jaden Springer American professional basketball player for the Boston Celtics T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this facts are agreed upon, the feelings are still critically important. For instance, Person A could present me with factual evidence that I don’t have sex with them as often as I believe, but that probably wouldn’t change my level of desire to have sex with them more often. And for sure it’s not going to make you want to have sex more often. but if it’s an agreed upon thing that having sex fairly frequently is what you both want and your perception is incorrect about how frequently you’re having sex, then it is good info to have that can inform your decision making going forward.

Wrong type of feelings, sorry for not conveying that better. If you feel something is wrong based on, well, feelings and reality is something different and it can be proved, then why wouldn’t you want to know? If I feel someone doesn’t flush the Jaden Springer American professional basketball player for the Boston Celtics T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this toilet because it seems like I “always” encounter it in flushed, then talk about it and mark it down. If the behavior changes or it’s not as many times (not even close) as I felt, then I need to rethink. People exaggerate ALL the time on everything. Hehe. Nothing wrong with a perspective adjustment. I sympathize with both the husband and the wife in this case. Neither is good at communicating. She was definitely not communicating her real issue, expecting him to be a mind reader. It also appears to be a mismatch in libido. He didn’t communicate his needs either most likely just trying low effort propositions for sex, especially after getting rejected as much as he apparently did. If this looks anything like my situation was, the yes occurrences weren’t the only story. In an attempt to get my point across that something wasn’t right, I simply stopped propositioning for sex. What happened is more telling than this wife begrudgingly agreeing to intimacy. In my case once I stopped pursuing(and getting rejected) is that all sex stopped. She didn’t initiate intimacy once. Since relationships tend to follow patterns, I’m guessing if this wife was this reluctant when being propositioned, there is zero chance she was initiating on those times when it occured.
