So is it the Jacob Black Really Its Just An Old Scary Story art shirt but in fact I love this noise or the air movement that’s bothering her? If it’s the noise get a bladeless fan if it’s the air get her more blankets Does she have sensory issues? If so then I can understand but I personally never have a problem with my bf having a fan. I’m 5’5” 120 lbs and he’s 5’7” in the 300lbs range. He keeps the room as frigid as an ice cube chilling in a glass of coke, I always have to layer under a heap of blankets while he still complains about being too warm. But I don’t mind because I can always cover up more as he cannot just turn his body heat down. Yes sometimes the noise bugs me but I just put in earbuds to drown the noises. It’s odd to be so peeved about something as small as a fan, she may just be stressed about the new move and taking it out on you while using the fan as an excuse, I’d suggest talking to her about why the fan really bothers her. You may be able to make a compromise on the fan (lower the fan speed/temp or buy a quiet fan idk) or you may learn that there is another reason lying behind her grievance. Also the weight comment is just very rude, which is what makes me think that her issue is not just with the fan but with something else. If she was truly upset about the fan I don’t think she would insult you, if you were hurt by that comment express that to her because it’s not okay to shame/blame your partner on the basis of their weight.

This was a good way to word it. I hadnt even thought that the Jacob Black Really Its Just An Old Scary Story art shirt but in fact I love this weight comment is probably an indication there’s something more than just the fan on her mind. Oops. I read this thinking you had an Only Fans and you were sleeping with one of your fans, and your girlfriend was pissed. Do you mean a ceiling fan or a floor fan? We use a floor mounted (cheap!) fan and it’s fairly noisy but we both prefer it to sweating! My friend has a ceiling fan that is almost silent. I think the lesson here is: you get what you pay for. Maybe buy a more expensive fan, if it’s quieter. I need a fan too. I have a small USB powered desk fan on the bedside table. It’s enough, though I would prefer a ceiling fan. She JUST moved in. If she doesn’t like it she can JUST move out.
