I had pretty much the Jacksonville Jaguars Stronger Than Cancer NFL 2023 Shirt What’s more,I will buy this same thing happen to me a couple of months before covid. It means that your boss thinks your position can be taught to anyone with a heartbeat (without any experience or out of college). He also doesn’t respect you. When I found out I was going to quit but covid and lockdowns hit and I was put on furlough for about a year then laid off. During that time I was able to get a job with a government agency which pays me double and with yearly raises and bonuses. I don’t need to worry about begging people for a salary raise anymore. As a recruiter, I can tell you that it helps when you know and they don’t. Ask for a meeting. Ask for a 1 on 1. Or just ask for time at the end of the day. Come with data (Glassdoor pay for your area, actual company metrics that you’ve performed via training others, supporting other business units that you have no business supporting and just overall contribution) and an idea of how much someone like you should make all things considered (which is often not seen on Glassdoor) In other words if you were to interview somewhere else, what kind of hourly/salary would you want in combination with 401k, benefits etc. I can tell you that positions like yours are often overlooked and undervalued by companies but you can still ask for your worth.

“So I was doing some online research and I feel that I’m not getting the Jacksonville Jaguars Stronger Than Cancer NFL 2023 Shirt What’s more,I will buy this pay that’s on par for someone with the same skills in this area. I’m very appreciative with how much the company has promoted me and taken care of me. But I would like to discuss my contributions to the company. I’ve been…highlight your contributions… And I like my job. Is there room for my compensation to be equal to what I’ve seen online?” Think of a number you really are desiring that’s reasonable and everything else… And continue to ask for that. This should last no more than 10-15 minutes if executed properly as they do need to get back to you. Well, tbh you already know the answer to your question of whether it is fair or not. Also, if the company can’t “afford” to give any raises this year then how is it they can afford to hire someone with no experience in the field at $18.50/hr? Hmmmm…. Yes, dust off your resume and tweak it till it shines. It is possible that you might find another position with a different company who will appreciate your efforts right away, but if you don’t (it’s not like your desperate to take the first job you can find; you did say you loved your job and it doesn’t sound like you think you’re about to be fired) it couldn’t hurt to look into learning a new skill that goes along with the field you’re working in. There are several online classes you can take to get “certified” in skills that would compliment what you are already doing and it never hurts to add a little more “meat” to your menu. Meanwhile, good luck and let us know how it goes!
