Once you have possession of the Jack And Vera Coronation Street shirt moreover I will buy this house and its contents, hire a probate attorney and move to settle his estate under the laws of intestate succession, since you do not know of a will. If your aunt tries to settle the estate for you under intestate succession, file an objection based on the fact that she is not an heir. You are 21 and do not need your aunt to handle this for you. If she files a will with the court and you cannot certify its authenticity, challenge the will. Your aunt is using your passivity here to take control of your father’s estate. Even if there is no will by which she is an heir, she will likely try to have herself named administrator to “look after your interests and the interests of your minor brother.” She will then drag out the resolution of the estate, keep your money in “trust,” pay herself administrator and trustee fees, etc. Put an end to this nonsense ASAP.

Jack And Vera Coronation Street shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Convince that court to appoint you administrator of the Jack And Vera Coronation Street shirt moreover I will buy this estate and trustee of your brother’s inheritance until he is old enough to receive his share. P.S. You should know that the administrator of an estate can use the assets of the estate to pay legal bills if he/she is forced to go to court by an heir. The heir, on the other hand, must pay his/her own legal bills. If you allow your aunt to be named administrator of your father’s estate, there is little chance you will be able to challenge her actions in court at a later date, unless you and your brother have very deep pockets. One thing to add, the second your father died, all of his assets transferred to the estate. Your aunt is engaging in theft; distribution of assets can NOT occur until someone had been named administrator to handle the interests of the deceased. Keep in mind that if your father has any debts, creditors are first in line and can enforce sale of real property to settle those debts.
