If this wasn’t Santos I think most people would acknowledge that this doesn’t look favorable for Kimmel at all. They used Cameos in a non-personal manner to make content that creates revenue. I am going to sue Santos for just being a complete and utter moron. I am sure both of these lawsuits will have similar results ooooh…now I get it. I had seen this story under other headlines but I thought it was just generic vids that he posted on his account. Consider arranging to hire an attorney who is knowledgeable about SLAPP law. In addition to getting the case dismissed, you may want to consider going on the offensive.
