The driver said they couldn’t, they had another order, but would go back and pick up my food after. Never did. After 45 minutes I called the It Is A Philly Thing Philadelphia Eagles logo shirt and I will buy this restaurant back. They remade it Again and the owner drove it within ten minutes. Later the order was refunded except for gratuity. I don’t use DD often, maybe once a month when I don’t prepare something for my shift. Sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe shit. Last time I used DD the order was wrong and I received a refund of $4 for a $24 order plus $5 tip. Restaurant is right across the road but I was alone and couldn’t leave. I went there the next day before clocking in and what a ahit show. The mgr apologizing to people waiting to be seated saying they had to make food for deliveries. There were two drivers waiting for orders. One bag sat on the counter for maybe four or five minutes before a driver put down their phone, stood up and took it. Time before that car had two people riding and when a passenger got out with my food… You guessed it. Wrong order, But they had more than a few pkgs and “found” mine.

Time before that half my order was missing, but it was in a sealed paper bag from a QSR so thats to be expected. No help from support in that one. The restaurant did offer to replace the It Is A Philly Thing Philadelphia Eagles logo shirt and I will buy this missed items next time I went there. Next time was a few weeks later so there was no replacement to be had. I’d have been happy if someone scooped some fries off the floor and threw some chicken an hour overcooked in a fryer in my general direction. At least the slightest acknowledgement of we made a mistake, you paid for it, It happens. No fault of the delivery in that one. It is a bummer when you wait till you can get a break and half isn’t there or your meal isn’t even from the same restaurant et all The drivers I’ve had, that all got at least five in a tip, have really screwed the pooch. I realize now this has a crazy you just lost a customer sound but it’s fine. It’s not like I used it much. Didn’t hurt my feelings but it was a convience that isn’t an option anymore.
