Wellllll technicallyyyyyy it doesn’t say the Is This Jolly Enough The Grinch Christmas Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this guy he meets was travelling from St Ives. I’d imagine a man on his lonesome is way faster than a man with a giant family dragging bags of cats along, so they could have been heading in the same direction. In all honesty? Maybe £200 in cash, non perishable food, water, USB power bank, blanket, paracetamol, 500 M&M’s with all the brown ones taken out and an electric cattle prod. So there I am, in Sri Lanka, formerly Ceylon, at about 3 o’clock in the morning, looking for one thousand brown M&Ms to fill a brandy glass, or Ozzy wouldn’t go on stage that night. So, Jeff Beck pops his head ’round the door, and mentions there’s a little sweets shop on the edge of town. So – we go. And – it’s closed. So there’s me, and Keith Moon, and David Crosby, breaking into that little sweets shop, eh. Well, instead of a guard dog, they’ve got this bloody great big Bengal tiger. I managed to take out the tiger with a can of mace, but the shopowner and his son… that’s a different story altogether. I had to beat them to death with their own shoes. Nasty business, really. But, sure enough, I got the M&Ms, and Ozzy went on stage and did a great show.

So far I’ve never had an emergency to manage, but spilling food on my clothes, needing to clean my teeth, make rudimentary repairs and get stuck in traffic on a hot day have all come up. It want perfect, but no one noticed and I removed it asap. I also once taped a guys eyebrow back up as the flap was hanging over his eye following a head injury and we were miles from getting help. It’s awesome stuff! Tbh, although the commenter missed out a comma, duct taping all your snack bars isnt a bad idea. The gist is basically to make it too annoying to eat your emergency supplies casually, because it’s such a pain in the arse to open. Also protects them from being opened accidentally as they shift around. I was stuck on the M25 in May fire 7 hours. I keep in my van water, snacks, an empty bottle. All of those were definitely needed. Make sure water is hidden from windows as the plastic of water bottles can be tasted in the water if left in the sun too long. ( I keep my water bottles under the seat). When I was regularly going to the gym, I’d always have a bag in the car with gym gear, swimming stuff and casual clothes. Came in handy when I spilt an entire bottle of water on my desk, no faffing with paper towels I just grabbed my swimming towel to deal with it. No longer have any of this, although I do have about 5 hoodies/coats plus a spare pair of trainers.
