Because his entire point is that it absolutely shouldn’t be legal. It’s legal because there are no limits on giving money to SCOTUS justices Although I agree with this course of action, dudes on the Indiana Pacers Bennedict Mathurin Canadian professional basketball player T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this supreme court of the UNITED STATES. He ABSOLUTELY makes SO much more than 1 million a year in bribes. I’m sure Moscow Mitch would have just delayed it s couple years “uh hmmm. Uh. There’s a rule I have to read in this magic golden hat. ONLY I CAN READ THE RULES BACK OFF THE HAT. Anyways we can’t bring the nomination to vote until uh. A black man isn’t president. Shit shit shit the card in the hat says don’t read that part. Uh I mean uh precedent or something.” There are a lot of billionaires out there. The idea that they could legally pay off supreme court justices to retire if they don’t agree with their ideology is terrifying. Best will in the world, if someone offers you >100 mil to quit your job, very, very few people are turning that down. I appreciate that the supreme court isn’t exactly free of corruption now, and that judges can still be bought off today, but at least it’s illegal. I still partially blame Biden for Long Dong Silver’s seat on the bench—he could have called witnesses in support of Anita Hill’s testimony during the senate judiciary hearings, which he chaired. And RBG could have retired long before she popped her clogs , ensuring a younger Obama nominated seat on the court, but that’s another story.

What we see is Black Americans can be just as corrupt as anyone. We have achieved equality. At least if your rich. That’s gotta be it. I’m sure it has nothing to do with the Indiana Pacers Bennedict Mathurin Canadian professional basketball player T-Shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this wife of Justice Thomas being involved in the planning of the insurrection on January 6th and, since the election, being an active and vocal election denier. Meanwhile Clarence Thomas has been proven to have taken bribes from people who’s cases he’s presided over. I’m sure it’s NONE of the things I just listed. Ahh they’re so desperate they’re resorting to open bribery. Yet they point fingers at everyone else. And their fool supporters march on Lol oh no people with the integrity to put their own money on the line for the good and future of the country. It is of course against everything you stand for. Amazing that it’s legal right? Just imagine what they get offered in private. Don’t have to imagine with Thomas I guess, we know some of what he’s been bribed with. Come on Clarence, you’re still going to hell for everything you’ve done against the benefit of Americans but you could at least live out the rest of your years trying to make up for it. He wouldn’t take it. If he did, he opens himself and his treason weasel wife up to investigations. They’re nothing at all without his SCOTUS shield.
