Oh yeah, that’s the Include women in the sequel shirt Apart from…,I will love this same here. The police don’t investigate crimes that happened in the past, and don’t consider video of the crime taking place to be evidence. The “police didn’t witness it firsthand” is so insane, stupid and callous. Imagine this excuse for a murder caught on tape. Disgusting. Oh you know damn well why the police didn’t arrest her. The white whale should’ve been arrested the moment police saw the video. But the slur makes the assault racially charged, which is a hate crime. The slur is a very important part of the story I think that depends entirely where you are, freedom of speech doesn’t cover hate speech, and a slur is considered hate speech so ??‍♂️ I’m not 100%, but I’m pretty sure I’m right on this one lol This happened in America. Hate speech is legal in America. Slapping people isn’t. If she had just called him the nword and not slapped him, no crime would have been committed. If she had just left at the words nothing would happen, but since she decided to use a racial slur and realize that did not hurt him enough she went ahead and hit him I think it was this should be charged as a hate crime. When describing an incident he experienced, Dave Chappelle once said “throwing a snowball at someone is misdemeanor assault. Saying n#@$&r while you do it? That’s a felony.”

You’re absolutely wrong here. There are no laws in the Include women in the sequel shirt Apart from…,I will love this US regarding hate speech. Any and all attempts to implement them have been struck down as infringing upon the first amendment of freedom of speech. As deplorable as it is. You’re allowed to voice your dislike even hatred, of people, places, things, real or imaginary. That may be true but the report literally said her charge carried more weight due to it it being a race charge, and I’m guessing they would have had not grounds for that extra weight if she had not said what she said. This is because hate CRIMES are very real things in US law. Allowing prejudice to guide your actions has been made out to be weighed more heavily as a non-prejudicial crime for many reasons. How is the first amendment held up as a gold standard that can’t be infringed upon, yet felons lose their 2A rights for life?
