3: No this isn’t Amazon or another big brand, the I’m Voting For The Convicted Felon Donald Trump Sunglasses Retro shirt What’s more,I will buy this reason I don’t want to say what company this is because I have friends in low positions at this company and HR and the supervisor are most likely aware of them. And for them to deny you because you accepted the job a DAY after what they say the letter actually stated is even more infuriating! hey, OP, they sent an offer with clear intent to enter a contract and you gave acceptance within the allotted timeframe. this is a legal agreement that they are not honoring and you’re likely entitled to damages proportional to the salary in the offer. As much as I think the company is a hot mess and the response from the hiring manager is even more laughable, I don’t really see how you can sue for this. It was an error in their system but companies can rescind offers and do so all the time. Why would he be able to sue?

nevermind, i reread the I’m Voting For The Convicted Felon Donald Trump Sunglasses Retro shirt What’s more,I will buy this picture and they say the actual offer had the correct date so thats gonna be a lot harder, and its also not clear if OP actually accepted the offer or if they texted him saying hey dude we didnt get a response from you so offers gone. for a contract to be legal, you need intent to enter a contract, capacity to consent in sound mind when entering the contract, an offer with consideration on both sides (each side is getting something of real dollar value) by the way, this is why you often see “and the value of $1” written in contracts, so consideration is inarguable later~~~~~~~~, and an acceptance of that offer. it is always a good idea to include deadlines and references to timeframes in a contract and the process of entering a contract, this is why you see phrases like “time is of the essence” in contracts. if the company rescinded their offer in writing PRIOR to the acceptance, then sure. In OP’s post, it doesn’t seem like they pulled the offer at any time.
