I have to chime in only if it’s to add to the I’m The DHL Elf 2023 Christmas shirt in other words I will buy this fact that you’ve probs made the correct decision. I’ve 4..I love them more than life, but godddamn, our lives have been difficult. We’re in our 50’s and every bit of our money went into them. We’re still, at our age, financially struggling. We’ve never been able to get ahead. My youngest has 2 yrs of college left and we are crossing our fingers until she does. So.. go live your best life ppl.. I’m living vicariously through you all! Most of the time, regret doesn’t come from within. It comes from society. If we truly assessed the core of our regret we’d find it is riddled with the opinions and perceptions of society. Inherently a person may not regret having kids. However, when they go out into the world people will tell them they missed out on this and hence plant the seed of regret (even though they themselves know they are lying).

47 years old, married 23 years. Best decision we made was to not have kids. All our friends/family are jealous of our freedoms. in my thirties I briefly had some baby fever that also went away. Thank god I did not get pregnant during those few months. I am 50 now and both of us are beyond relieved we never had kids You’re asking the I’m The DHL Elf 2023 Christmas shirt in other words I will buy this wrong group. These people have no idea what they’re missing out on and like to defend their childless position…or they own dogs and pretend their kids. (Nearly every childless couple I know does this.) As someone who had kids in mid 30s. Best decision we ever made. NOT having children was one of the best choices of our entire lives. Watching other people with children solidifies that decision every time. Parenthood was never for us – our lives are about us. It’s awesome.
