Too much crap content too often waters down the value … so the rich, keep getting richer; what happens to the poor people, reminder that wealth come only from stealing from poor people. My god, everyone bitching about Joe Rogan doesn’t realize every other news network between the hours of 7-10 do the same thing. It’s all opinion pieces. Anytime I see dollar amounts like this I just see dead people. It makes me a little nauseous. I’m not judging anything, just describing my experience. I could remake the world with 100k. These people hoard enough concentrated wealth to lift a nation out of economic depression.

Tl;dr: he sold his rights for $4 billion but it was a 55% cash, 45% disney stock deal. Disney stock is 4x what it was when he sold, so his 37+ million shares are currently worth ~7 billion. Plus he gets like $32 million checks twice a year (for dividends) More variety, less space, cheaper than 6″ (3.75 is around $15 and 6″ are now around $28 each) and sits well with older figures and vehicles is part of it. As good as that sounds it also took 11 years which ends up about 10% revenue increase on investment each year. That’s not bad, but feels pretty standard and probably a mid level expectation. Im also assuming this is revenue, but their costs also probably sky rocketed making content. A massive guess would be they only increased profits by may be 3-5% yearly.
