Keep cash cards phone and Id secure in a zippered pocket. If you wear a fanny pack, keep it in front. Don’t skip the water just because they charge and abusive high amount. I got dehydrated at a show in dead of summer in AZ. I was also on drugs but it still applies. I was sweating profusely, which isn’t normal for me. The I stopped sweating abruptly. I was high af then instinct was like sober up buttercup! Ended up getting a free water anyway.

I wore a vintage 1950s tea length faux fur coat my mom gave me. Hands down best gift she’s given me to this day. So we get inside, show gets going its boiling now of course. So I take my coat off. I’m short af 5ft tall so I’m not getting any fresh air or able to see the stage because im surrounded by a wall of taller humans. so to get a boost my dumb ass folds up the coat to stand on it. Crowd got rawkus i got shoved, lost track of the coat. Some lucky cunt is out there telling the other end of this story about how they found a dope ass coat at a Bush concert. I’m still mourning the loss 30 yrs later Many venues won’t let you bring outside water but for sure bring at least one bottle to drink while you’re in line waiting to get in, and plenty of money to keep yourself supplied with water. Like, for sure bring money for merch, but also money for water. Maybe snacks.
