Tatianna being what they wanted Rebecca to be, and possibly getting the I’m not weird i’m autistic please be patient with me shirt also I will do this same storyline and production favor on season 2, is totally also why everyone came so hard for Tati from the very beginning Well lets be honest here. The fact that Rebecca stayed as long as she did was just to rile up the queens. Jade beat her in their lipsync and she got to stay for story purposes. I’d be livid too. But even if she didn’t do it I don’t think the judges really saw anything in Jade so she would have went regardless. We do have to take into consideration this was the very first season so nun of them knew what to expect, they didn’t even know the format till that got there and didn’t have a full idea what they were getting into, so emotions were high and she felt copped out

Honestly Shannel was objectively doing better than Rebecca however they kept criticizing her for being “too polished” which isn’t a critique at all. It makes sense that she was frustrated and wanted to leave. She didn’t quit because she wasn’t favored. She quit because she was completely overlooked in favor of other queens. I literally finished watching S1 for the I’m not weird i’m autistic please be patient with me shirt also I will do this first time yesterday. Honestly, I understood where she was coming from. There were definitely times when I thought Shannel should’ve won a challenge, or at the very least should’ve been in the “top”, but wasn’t. I can understand you being put off by Shannel’s attitude. Like saying that she “wanted to leave” in the reunion was a bit much, but to say that Rebecca did “phenomenal”? To be frank, she didn’t. Not in that lip sync and not in the show in general, in my opinion. Tbh she just had to guts to call them out on it and I don’t entirely disagree with her.
