I remember when they used to have the I’m a dad a grandpa and a retired firefighter nothing scares me shirt moreover I will buy this lipglosses with the little men in the caps that would take their clothes off depending on the angle 🥲 Yes. they just released dusty nudes for YEARS and it honestly killed the brand for me. UD used to be fun. every single freaking release from them is more nudes When they reformulated, my thoughts were, I am all for you making the lipsticks vegan, but not for making them so boring. They really did cut out 90% of the personality from their brand. I loved their shade range. Going to Sephora to pick a new eyeshadow was my favorite pastime! Now they have so few options:( Tarte, i used to hype on their eyeshadow palettes. Now, I found that there are cheaper ones out there that suites me better for the same quality. Fenty I feel guilty because I got into makeup with Fenty/Rihanna but they just feel so basic to me now. I’m getting alot pickier with the formulas I like, I use only the staples Bobbi Brown/Kevyn Aucoin/Natasha Denona and a few cutting edge brands Haus/Victoria Beckham/Patrick ta I used to feel bad about not liking Fenty until I learned that it’s parent company is a bunch of old white men. This palette is actually stunning and at the top of my wish list right now. To see all these cool dark palettes coming out is giving me life.

I’m really sad about MAC. They have such incredible formulas that outperform a lot of brands but their color stories, releases, and packaging are stuck in the I’m a dad a grandpa and a retired firefighter nothing scares me shirt moreover I will buy this nineties. Same! I think this palette is gorge! I’ve never spent the $$$ on a Huda palette, but I’m real tempted with this one. Yeah, I actually really like Huda. Some of it is too flashy for me, but they do have some amazing iridescent colors and the eyeshadow quality is really good. I feel like it’s not thin in pigment like too many eyeshadow. A little bit goes a long ways. I truly hope that this palette surpasses your hopes and dreams. Dark cool tones unfortunately make me look like the undead and not even in a cool Living Dead Girl way?
