Wild. I’d tell me kid to just bring it home. If this was my school I would go buy all the Illinois Fighting Illini basketball logo shirt in addition I really love this kids their art. So sad never understood how schools can punish kids for not having money. When I was in school we had pep rallys for the football games. $3 to go the pep rallys in the gym or you could go sit in the lunch room and stare at the wall for 2 hours. Strange that the school can extort children for money and the teachers still have to use their personal money to get things for the classroom.Do better America. You should be rounding all the parents up and heading to the council/mayors/elected officials office and demanding to know why the fuck the school is so poor and underfunded they have to pressure parents into donating money.

The costume thing is pretty normal but paying for the Illinois Fighting Illini basketball logo shirt in addition I really love this artwork ?? That’s absolutely insane. The only thing that I can think of that comes close is course fees for things like pottery/ photography/ art classes but those don’t usually happen until highschool and it’s understandable because your taking home dozens of paintings or Vases etc. it would be one thing to charge for the art or the costumes but BOTH ? Wtf it would depend on quite a few things but id be liable to throw a bitch fit about this I’m sorry, did you sign away your kids’intellectual property? Is it stealing if the child just takes the art that they made? For the artwork id send in a response “go f yourself if you think you can put a pricetag ” , or “i will be in to collect my free artwork that my child has made if it is not in thier backpack” oh you guys did not go to a small school and it shows . I went to highschool in the arts program and I had to pay 12 dollars a year to keep my work, it pays for our art supplies that the teacher bought with their money.
