Here we are, 8 months postpartum, and it’s been sooo hard. Our marriage has changed entirely. Ask for help. I am guilty of taking it all on and not asking for help. I also list off, in my mind, what my partner has done for me, the household, or the baby, too, when I feel like I’m that only one doing anything. Puts in perspective for me that they aren’t just sitting around doing nothing like it sometimes feels like they are. Sometimes they are, but usually they aren’t. Show gratitude for what they are doing.
