I think mid- or maxi length coats would be best if the I Want To Write So I Write Am A Writer Bear T-Shirt it is in the first place but dress is a straight style. If it’s A-line and belted I think a cropped short jacket could also work well. I just left Japan after 2 weeks vacation there. When I went shopping I felt like everything I have tried do not fit me because of the oversize tendency. Even in the smallest size, my mom said my clothing swallowed me. It’s such a shame because I wanted to get some outfit from there. I am 4’11” and I am jealous of how the Japanese ladies could pull off the look even though they are small frame too. Maybe I am just not used to the look on me or I need to find a better fitting clothing ?? If you don’t feel comfortable in certain styles definitely don’t waste your money. There are great clothing stores in Japan so I hope you found other things you loved! I think it’s probably a matter of adjusting. I love the styles so much, though they’re such a departure from my norm. I can’t wait to try them someday. I’d so love to visit Japan (not just for the shopping)!

I have this button-down shirtdress from Quince in both Black and Driftwood. They are made out of linen, so I do need to do a quick once-over with a steamer before wearing. They are pretty oversized, so I ordered one size smaller than usual since I am somewhat short. They seem similar to the I Want To Write So I Write Am A Writer Bear T-Shirt it is in the first place but Frank and Eileen version, but at a much more moderate price point. The linen seems to be good quality so far. Thanks for this post! I have only ever worn it as-is (#5). But I really like the look of #1 and will try wearing them that way when the weather warms up a bit.
