I didn’t realise until spending some time abroad during winter in some very very cold climates, that this is not really commonly experienced because housing, shops and public transport is widely heated. Exactly! Living near the beaches on the Gold Coast a popular pastime is spotting tourists that didn’t give the sun the respect it deserves.
