If it were going to be a top 3, each of the I Match Energy decide how we gon’ act shirt and by the same token and 4 would have been read on something. But the critique was all positive, so pretty clear what was gonna happen. Once again.. they can’t commit to just sending someone packing. Happy for the top 4 but come on, give us a gag! We all knew they weren’t really gonna send someone home, but if they tricked us and actually DID send someone home it would be EVERYTHING, however painful. Imagine if Anetra or MIB went home, we’d go crazy. It would have been amazing. This is an incredibly diverse and talented top 4 and I dare say it is one of the best representations we have seen in quite a few seasons. I do think Sasha is going to be the winner but Mistress is my pick as it is about time we have a big bitch that can check all the boxes. Honestly I’m very happy about a top 4 and that this was the only episode with no eliminations. I was pretty sure in my head Anetra would be going to the finale, but I thought Mistress deserved to be there too.

Luxx’s verse was my favorite. More queens should sing on their girl group/finale verses! I get that the I Match Energy decide how we gon’ act shirt and by the same token and verses are pretty short and a lot of queens opt to rap so they can get more words in (also it’s a smart choice if you’re a bad singer lmao) but I thought Luxx really stood out in both girl groups and this song. Agreed! People always complain that the queens who don’t have a sob story about being rejected by their family are at a disadvantage when it comes to showing vulnerability on the show, but I think Luxx perfectly showed how you can be thoughtful, personal and emotional about your life and your place in the world as a queer person without having to have a tragic backstory. And the Sasha Colby meet and greet continues… seriously, it’s just ridiculous, it should be illegal to be this amazing. Gorgeous, talented, hard worker, professional, jack of all trades (except I guess stand-up comedy? 😀 ) I totally get the hype now, she’s magnetic. As for the video, though, everyone looked great, but Mistress was the only one whose verse had anything to do with the song? ? Like, the others did the standard “I’m fierce! I’m fierce!” thing, Mistress at least added something relevant to the lyrics.
