Yeah, but the I like you a lottle like a little except a lot penguins T-Shirt also I will do this guns in the 2nd Amendment don’t mean the guns in the modern sense either. More importantly, gun regulation was common among the early states, and the broad reading of that amendment is a recent development. Right. But the papers and personal effects protected by by the fourth amendment didn’t apply to cell phones and email either. We didn’t need to go back and specify every time a new form of communication was invented. An apple is a fruit, but not all fruits are apples. You can do the same song and dance for muskets and arms, and so can the authors who chose arms rather than muskets. They were more than aware of contemporary arms technology, including and not limited to rifling, cartridges, magazines, repeating action, multiple rounds per function of the trigger (including high rates of fire), low and high explosives and dangers thereof, incendiary weapons, chemical weapons, aerodynamics, and most importantly: how much arms technology can change as evidenced by centuries of arms development.

Suggesting that the I like you a lottle like a little except a lot penguins T-Shirt also I will do this framers of the constitution had a clear sense of the trajectory and societal impact of 250 years of arms development is laughable. That’s why they wrote a living document, assuming things would change in ways they couldn’t accout for. It has a capital M written right in the text. Now dig deeper into your constitution and you will see that the Militia must be formally sactioned by a political leader. You have had numerous court challenges over centuries that have acknowledged such an argument, only until recently, like not even 20 years recently that it got reversed, and you ALL (2a folk I mean) took it and ran. I mean, it’s only been about the last 20 or so years that school shootings have been becoming more and more frequent. How do you not see the correlation? Or are you willfully ignorant of this fact?
