Youre missing a very imporant point: Time Shares are a scam and you cannot ever leave them. It’s a very profitable industry and they are smashing anyone who dare call them out for being a scam. I used to listen to a lot of radio talk shows at a certain times due to working out of my vehicle years ago. Listened to his show. Never really liked him and his advice. I was more of a Clark Howard fan (his radio talk show). Not exactly the same type of show, but Ramsay always rubbed me the wrong way. His go to advice was to get a job delivering pizzas in a rich neighborhood.
