I am super curious what kind of competitive advantage this gives us. Would you work for 10-20% less pay if you worked permanently remote? It’s not just theoretical. I actually just quitted my job to take another job paying 30% of my previous salary. Truth to be told, I hope I can later get something fully remote that would pay 50% or more of my previous salary, which would amount of 80% or so of disposable income, once I factor in the big savings. But I’ll be fine even with the 30% if I can’t find anything better.
