You may want to let the I Care For The Cutest Little Turkets Nurse Turkey Thanksgiving Nurse Day NICU T-Shirt In addition,I will do this recruiter know why you declined. If the position has been open for a long time, and they don’t understand why it’s taking so long to fill the position… having the interviewee’s perspective may be exactly what they need. It may be that the position is empty because of this manager/supervisor, and the perception you made helps the business make changes. I just left a job due to horrible managers. I interviewed with a panel for the new job I accepted, if they had thrown off these flags I would’ve declined as well. I am no longer going to make myself miserable by working for bad managers. Took a job that seemed a perfect fit. The Line Manager seemed a bit off at times during the interview. The person in the tech interview seemed great tho. Chalked it off to remote interviewing. Got bait and switched, put on a low-key project, colleague that did the interviewing left before I got hired, company was nothing like what I was lead to believe. PM and LM were only competent at kissing up to their superiors and the atmosphere was beyond toxic.

You made the I Care For The Cutest Little Turkets Nurse Turkey Thanksgiving Nurse Day NICU T-Shirt In addition,I will do this right choice, don’t second guess yourself. I took a position last year that was very similar. Better job, better benefits, 100% WFH, and it only lasted 4 months because my direct supervisor, who I had weird feelings about, was an absolute tool. Good on you for not wasting your time. Keep up the search, be confident. You already landed one great opportunity, you CAN do it again. You didn’t do anything wrong. I had a situation like this, but it wasn’t the hiring manager. It was the HR director who was very rude and abrupt. I brushed it off and thought that I wouldn’t have much to do with him, so no big deal. OMG, he was a nightmare and the biggest bully in the organization. He also oversaw contracts and because I was in a dept that drafted up a lot of contracts he would give us a very hard time. He didn’t like me because I’m a POC and a woman, once again I tried to brush it off and keep moving forward. It was an incredibly toxic work environment, my manager had no spine and was also insecure and a micromanager. Things came to a head and I ended up having to quit that job for my own well being. I should have filed an EEOC complaint against that jerk, he ended up getting fired 3 years after I left when a new head of org was hired (a woman), and he couldn’t handle it.
