About 15 years ago, one of my friends who lived in my dorm at college was driving to meet a friend during a light snow storm. It was not fun getting up to highway speeds from near 0. Shouldn’t police follow you to the next exit if they are pulling you over for speeding, AND NOT pull you onto the shoulder? Is that a YSK for the police? Can you slow down with blinker on and go to the next exit? Or as is the case here lots of times, they try outrunning the police…
