I suppose the Hot Carl Shirt and I love this lawful good thing to do would be to take her home, as to are right about leaving her in a dangerous situation, then as you made sure you’ve done the right thing, with a clear conscience, leave her. He isn’t responsible for her actions. She wants to start cheating, he doesn’t have to be her shining white knight and stay there watching her making out. If she’s old enough to drink, then she’s an adult. She’s a big girl. Why should Dan have to supervise an adult? She deserved to be left there, intoxication is not an excuse to cheat she is a disgusting human being who has no respect for you and was doing it infront of you expecting you to stay Consider if the roles were reversed, would the girl be obliged to make sure the guy got home safe when he was all over other women at the club? Hell to the no. She’s made for the streets. Jeez and I thought I had bad GFs in the past. If he didn’t dump her already, he needs to do it now. She’s for the streets. I’d feel bad too because they went there together but sometimes you have to choose your own long term sanity over what feels right in the present moment. Especially if he already tried to get her to leave. In a word, NO. You are never responsible for another person’s actions. They are adults and are responsible for themselves.

Hard question to answer. Ultimately you are not responsible for other people’s safety especially when they are doing something hurtful to you. But leaving an intoxicated woman (or anyone really but women are preyed on more often) alone in a dangerous place, which a nightclub definitely can be, is never really the Hot Carl Shirt and I love this right thing to do imo. No he’s not responsible for her, but if something had happened to her he would’ve felt responsible for it the rest of his life. I’m sure it’s easy to claim he wouldn’t have cared in his anger/hurt since nothing happened, but if it had I really think he’d feel differently. Right thing to do would’ve been to call one of her friends or at the very least told her he was leaving which probably would’ve given her a wake up call and she would’ve gone home too. She cheats- she belongs to the streets. I’m no longer committed and they won’t find a worthwhile companion…. this goes both ways. Cheating is horrible, even when drunk. BEING DRUNK OR INTOXICATED IS NO EXCUSE. Putting yourself in bad situations is no excuse.
