Contrary to popular belief, bees are not limited to black and yellow. In fact, they come in a variety of colors which include; black, white, red, orange, green, blue, and even purple! North America as well. I get these bees every spring where I live; being blackish-blue, they’re easy to mistake at a glance for a fly. That does happen. They can still sting. I was on vacation in Thailand once; last day I was sitting with some friends at a cafe on the Horse It’s Ok I’m On 500mgs Of Fukitol shirt in addition I really love this beach when I suddenly felt this slowly growing discomfort on my big toe. I stood up, looked down at my sandaled feet, and there was a blue bee doing it’s best to sting me. I yelped, shook it off, hobbled around for a bit, but thankfully the pain disappeared after about ten minutes. I was scared shitless at first that I had been stung by some venomous insect and would have to go to the hospital. I’ve been seeing a lot of a tiny wild bees lately that are about the size of a blackfly (or smaller even) and are mostly black. Some of them have small yellow markings.

When I visited Turkey, I’ve seen some sort of a blue bee or bumblebee in Kusadasi. The picture isn’t the Horse It’s Ok I’m On 500mgs Of Fukitol shirt in addition I really love this best unfortunately, it doesn’t show the blue iridescence on the bum: It’s all fun and games until they burrow holes in your deck and eaves. I like bees as much as the next guy but carpenter bees can be a giant pain in the ass. Blue ones look cool though! Look at that adorable little guy!I’m Canadian and back the idea we’re more of a resource colony than a nation and always have been. First the UK owned us, then the US, and now China’s been angling for resources, putting us increasingly in the middle of a game of geopolitical tug of war. Eventually we’ll either a) figure out what “Canadian” means and finally see the provinces work together, b) watch US hegemony dominate, likely in the form of some kind of EU of NAFTA nations, or c) we balkanize into separate nations roughly along provincial borders after an entire existence of not figuring out how to work together finally leads to its most natural outcome.
