You need a lawyer asap. As someone who went through this very recently, don’t expect family to “do the Home Malone Christmas Shirt moreover I will buy this right thing” and obey the next of kin rules. The way it goes is like this, whoever dies, their wife/husband is next to rule the estate, then the biological kids. If no wife or kids, then the siblings of the expired get equal “shares”. So, you and your brother are actually the ones legally entitled to his estate. Of course his siblings will think they’re the ones entitled bc they’re just greedy fucks. But as I said, go see a probate lawyer and get it straightened out that way you’re the one who gets his estate (house, property, money, etc) and you can tell them to fuck off. That’s the best way. And don’t be surprised if they want nothing to do with you afterwards. These type of situations bring out people’s true colors. Look out for yourselves. Best of luck.

Home Malone Christmas Shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

Good idea taking pictures of everything, though it sounds like they’ve been stealing from your father for a while. I’m pretty sure the Home Malone Christmas Shirt moreover I will buy this only way they have a right to that house is you two are dead… So, look out young bucks This happened to me 3 years ago. Your father’s sibling will try to take anything of value before you’re allowed to enter. Is there a way to go in late at night and take things that truly belong to you and your brother? Also, get a lawyer. You are the next of kin so you are legally entitled to the house and it’s contents unless your father willed everything over to his sibling. But, yes: change the locks if possible (after taking things of value to store safely until the estate is settled). Then, get a probate lawyer. Make sure you tell the lawyer things were already taken from the house by his siblings. Be aggressive and don’t wait. Just telling you from my own experience with something very similar.
