(I’m Gen X. Gen X, Millennials, and Gen Z have all been subject to this same set of criticisms. It’s kind of hilarious to see how much it exactly repeats itself. Of course we did. All older generations think younger people are lazier than they are. That’s in large part why boomers are the way they are. They got that nonsense drilled into them from birth. Just the way it is. In all fairness though, their parents did live through the depression and WWII. These old folks got it bad back then so it means younger folks today should also get it bad. Good thing theyre getting old and dying off then. Time for milennials/Gen z to help each other start our own businesses, and start only buying from those businesses. Time for us to bring healthcare, pensions, and good pay back to the work force. I bet we could do that and still make a healthy profit. You don’t need to destroy your workforce to make good money.

Jesus Christ, this is awful. I’ve been doing all the Hey I Forgot My Sheet But I’m Here Ghost Halloween Humor T-Shirt Also,I will get this delivery apps for about a year now, and I don’t think I could ever go back to a “regular” job. This shit is infuriating. lol imagine defending coming in sick because you weren’t allowed to and taught that working while sick and putting those around you at risk is of better conscience that not making money… can’t wait till this dinosaur logic goes extinct There are two meanings of respect, is the problem here. One means to treat someone as an authority and the other to treat someone with humanity. Oftentimes when someone tells you, “if you want me to respect you then you have to respect me,” what they actually mean is if you don’t treat me as an authority I won’t treat you as a human. If i saw this on a company page they wouldn’t have to worry about me again. I’m done with 2 week notices im not training my replacement just gone. We’re in an employee shortage and they think they can demand anything of anyone fuck em.
