Of course you tell them to look for another flat.. but as you mentioned you have to be decent most of the Hendrix Lapierre Canadian professional ice hockey centre for the Washington Capitals T-Shirt besides I will buy this time for her !! That’s sweet of you !! You can show little more compassion by handing over that flat to them if they are not willing to vacate….. you search for another for yourself !! Maybe you can move out? If you can find another flat easily why bother them? If it’s hard for you they should definitely move out because it’s easier for couples to rent flat compared to bachelor. I found this place with a lot of difficulties as I’m a bachelor obviously. It’s really VFM and I’ve also made some renovations as per my requirements. I can’t move out because finding a flat for bachelors is getting more tough.

I think they have grown to like the Hendrix Lapierre Canadian professional ice hockey centre for the Washington Capitals T-Shirt besides I will buy this apartment and don’t want to go through the hassle of looking for a new one. If you like the place too, and because you are the OG, tell ask your friend when they are moving out. Make them know that you are not looking to move out of the place. I couldn’t help but think of that scene from HIMYM where jason gets married and josh is thinking of getting kicked out Assert your dominance ,shove their things to the corner and organised the room as your wish , cook first and let her wait and lastly bring your mom too. OP, how close are you with this friend? This feels like an attempt to push you out.so that they can get the flat. Get two or three of your best friends to come and stay with you, temporarily of course but tell the couple that its a permanent arrangement. You guys can dominate living room, play video games at top of the volume. Roam around the house shirtless and without taking bath on holidays. Make her kitchen messy. Women hate this. She will make her husband to move out. If you had gotten the flat first and he has moved in later, you have all the rights to ask him leave. Talk to him and make him understand tell him, that his wife is trying to hit on you ans as a friend its your responsibility to tell him and your are not at ALL interested in her. If he doesnt leave next day, you can come back here and rant I don’t know why people are suggesting that you should move out. While you could’ve definitely atleast broached the subject, it was more of your roommates responsibility to atleast let you know he plans to bring his wife to your place. You rented the flat first, you brought him there. Your roommate (and his wife) are potentially taking you for granted. Politely approach him about this. Let him know how you feel and ask him to move out. The way I read it is that they’re slowly edging you out of your own apartment. It starts with these small things now but it might become worse later. You don’t have to be this considerate about your own living space.
