Visualize your emotions on a giant pendulum. Take it as far into rage as you dare. You will observe that, the Heckin Bamboozled Halloween Shirt in contrast I will get this moment you let it go, it swings into compassion…in equal magnitude. Visualize catching the pendulum in compassion. Stay there and just saturate. (I don’t like their behavior, but I know they are suffering a battle I can’t even imagine and this is literally the best they know how to do.) The ultimate space we want to be, is our entire being, completely present in the now…vibrant and truly unafraid. Visualize the rage as a thick film of goo covering your whole body. Make the conscious choice to not be that anymore…then watch it float away like a light mist on a breeze…gone in a moment and no longer your burden to bare. This is the positive version of “fuck it”.

I have found a few of the Heckin Bamboozled Halloween Shirt in contrast I will get this lectures by Alan Watts to be helpful in understanding duality, and finding its balance. Obviously I don’t know you or all the circumstances of what you’re going through, but the way you’re describing your aggression sounds almost exactly like how I used to handle drinking. It got to a point where every time I drank a little more I told myself it was ok because I could “handle more than most people” and I always felt I “had it under control”. Every time I told myself this it made it ok to go just a little further the next time, and the time after that, because nothing too bad happened and I was in control.
