DM for number. Hope you have photos/videos of the incident. Oh no, this is so upsetting. I can’t believe what I just read. There are laws for Animals in our country and I wish that guy gets beaten up on streets and later thrown in that gutter. So sorry for whatever happened. I hope the babies who were saved survive somehow. It’s so traumatizing for those little one’s. Also, this watchman, based on your description, doesn’t seem to be mentally fit and it is not safe for residents and children to be around him.

Harrisburg Senators Baseball shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

If he is a watchman at your/nearby society, take this up with the Harrisburg Senators Baseball shirt Apart from…,I will love this RWA, if it is for a business, take this up with the owner. If you can, raise this with the police directly. If you are unable to visit the police station, better take this to Twitter, tag the relavant authorities – Bengaluru Police, Animal welfare Dept. and Peta. Sharing a few links where you can contact for the next best steps for justice and to help the pups and their mother. This is absolutely cruel. I would recommend you posting in r/legaladviceindia to better understand your options. Post it on Social Media as well so that more people know of this heinous act. Cruel. I did Google animal cruelty laws in India , they do exist but the punishment is a fine of 25 to 250 rupees or some imprisonment. Obviously, law enforcement is job of the police but having worked with the state police few years back they have a LOT of work, they are already super busy. It’s already a 24×7 job and there’s a lot of serious crimes happening around which needs more attention so I highly doubt anything is going to happen even if you go to the police. Maybe, go to the NGOs but they don’t really have any power to do anything. As with everything in India, govt agencies that are supposed to look into this have negligible funding and seriously understaffed so I doubt anything is gonna happen but at the end of the day if you are serious, hire a lawyer and file a PIL for lack of law enforcement on this. Contact Harish KB. He’s an animal cruelty officer. Instagram – kbharish93. I’ve sent you the contact details on dm.
