We have a park which is empty all week apart from 1/2 of Saturday for kids football. Madness I think dogs should have numberplates like cars, so if you see someone let their dog shit everywhere and not clear it up you’re allowed to look up their address and post it through their letterbox Gotta have separate dog and kid fields. The field at my kid’s school was turned into a de-facto dog run during the pandemic and never went back, even when school resumed, and the neighborhood dog owners still don’t have the decency to pick up after themselves. As a parent it pissed me off. Don’t deny that some dog owners ruin it for everyone, however there was a month stretch last summer where I went to said park and consistently counted empty plastic bottles in the tens along with sweet wrappers, crisp packets etc. Older kids without parents around are as much as a nuisance as dog owners who don’t pick up. There are bad dog owners, bad parents, bad children but ultimately the village Facebook mob will pounce on anyone and create rivalries!

You are confusing delirium w/ depletion of serotonin/dopamine At certain festivals in the US, you can hire helicopters to drop you off in the car park to avoid the hours of traffic going in and out, and all of the artists are helicoptered in to make their set times. I always wonder how many people start freaking out and ditching their stash every time one touches down in the cat park while people are funneling in We have military helicopters flying in tandem doing grid patterns and a lot of Chinooks. It does get annoying at times but I’d never discuss it online or not.
