Both of these books helped me immensely through this Gus Polinski & The Kenosha Kickers Home Alone Polka Band T-Shirt Also,I will get this battle this past year. I just ordered his book on Stillness last night. I try to implement his teachings but struggle so much Those books helped me too, but i would suggest, in my opinion, when reading books like this, you have to filter out what you need and not take all his teachings to heart. It’s OK. Whatever is right for you will make sense when it comes along. Everything that happened to Tolle and everything he teaches will find its way, in its own unique way, to you, too. Wishing you well. I am going through a similar phase as you. Let me preface this by saying that I am not out of it yet, but sometimes glimmers of hope peep through. I can share what they are like.

It feels like I am trying to struggle against the Gus Polinski & The Kenosha Kickers Home Alone Polka Band T-Shirt Also,I will get this current, because I desperately feel the need to move ahead. And so much despair comes from it. When it all becomes too much for me, I drop everything. The expectations on myself, who I wanted to be, the bad luck, the missed opportunities, the regrets. i just put it all down, and go rest on the riverbank because struggling against the current is too much. Suddenly, things are peaceful, and it seems like a relief to me that if this stepping away was possible, then why did I not do it earlier? And if I want to make progress, it seems possible that I can get up and start walking along the river without jumping in. And slowly I know when the current is favourable and will let me jump back in to pick up some speed. I know this has al become really metaphor heavy, but its the best way to express the moments when things feel lighter.
