Most of Donahoe’s compensation came from stock and option awards, which were valued at $20.5M USD total on the Grinch Ravens they hate us because they ain’t us Christmas shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this date granted. „The loss of all these jobs may sound concerning to workers. But the brutal reality of investing is that you have to take a dispassionate look at the company’s sales and profits – not its head count.“ Yeah he is still cashing a huge check. While the 1500 are on the unemployment line spare me your excuses. When done with Nike he will get a ceo job somewhere else and do the same. Yeah but he probably didn’t take a pay cut to save any of those Jobs either. All of them will keep their millions and ride off into the sunset. Talk about accountability. Was his pay cut accordingly? They pay these CEO’s millions to run the companies int the ground and then they lay off workers to cover their mistakes. In assuming he took a 100% paycut for the year before firing the employees, considering he holds himself accountable. A quick googling tells us his salary is 33 million…. If he was truly accountable he could take a bigass pay cut to keep those employees … hell – probably not even that big to cover their salary for a couple years while things settle…. What a twat This has been a common problem for years business over extending themselves and trying to squeeze every bit of profit that they can focusing on share prices and investors. When things go bad they suffer a lot

No, in fact you held those 1500 people accountable. If you held yourself accountable we’d be reading an article about a CEO resigning. So instead of laying people off take $1 pay for the Grinch Ravens they hate us because they ain’t us Christmas shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this year along with your leadership team…that is more than equivalent Accountable haha. As they all continue to collect massive checks. Just like when I was laid off at ADT, executives continued to spend $30k per trip on drinks, hotel accommodations and “entertainment.’ “The Oregonian reported that prior to Friday’s announcement the company had been laying workers off in phases across several divisions including ” Look at how much he gets paid, look at recent moves like stock buybacks, look at the message being sent to shareholders… etc. So if you’re accountable then you plan to help them find jobs, take a multimillion dollar pay cut, and let more money go towards products and advertising, right? ….right? So he’s claiming responsibility for their shortcomings, but he’s not the one that takes the hit? Sounds like those 1,500 workers got fired because he failed them as a CEO. Ye and other responsible leadership couldn’t have taken a cut to account for their failures so the 1,500 that didn’t do a thing wrong could keep their livelihood? In other news, Nike CEO announces that he will take a pay cut in 2024. Instead of the $33 million he received in 2023, he will receive a mere $32.5 million. What a team player he is!

Step by step to buy Grinch Ravens they hate us because they ain’t us Christmas shirt

“I hold myself and my leadership team accountable, as the Grinch Ravens they hate us because they ain’t us Christmas shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this only way we could still pay ourselves all the money we make was to lay off all those workers. Boy, have we learned our lesson.” When Marx said “the workers shall all be armed at once…” this is what he was talking about. See how that CEO sweats if the whole floor shows up to the all hands with AK-47s. Holding himself and the leadership team accountable would mean at minimum keeping everyone’s jobs and fixing the problem without laying people off, and ideally, paying for it with leadership salary. The EMPLOYEE OWNED company I just got let go from has absolutely incompetent and incestuous management. They delayed cutting off failing business units in order to generate evidence for the parent company that they, personally, were not at fault. They keep doing this. There is zero accountability.
The result is A LOT of VP and Director level people with zero reports. Literally zero. There at least 10 of these fuck that I know of. Drawing $500k/year salaries and doing literally nothing. The most senior VP (Who is also a creep that cheats on his wife and hit on ever female new hire) occupies a good chunk of his time on the Grinch Ravens they hate us because they ain’t us Christmas shirt but I will buy this shirt and I will love this seating chart for the building. Something I have delegated to entry level admins in the past. Honestly its embarrassing. But I guess they dont mind being cringy when they are set for life on the backs of the employees that own the company. They’re not laying people off because profits are down. Profits are up. They’re laying people off because stock value is down and the CEO and members of the board and shareholders all get paid with stocks. It’s time to eliminate the stock market for any company that’s not a startup. “NIKE gross profit for the twelve months ending November 30, 2023 was $22.657B, a 3.48% increase year-over-year. NIKE annual gross profit for 2023 was $22.292B, a 3.79% increase from 2022. NIKE annual gross profit for 2022 was $21.479B, a 7.6% increase from 2021.”
