New relationship. This was of course pure luck that I could find the Grinch Hat Santa Philadelphia Football Gift Christmas 2023 Shirt Apart from…,I will love this right person, but on the other hand it wasn’t, because I was looking. We are long-distance, only met once, but still this is such an incredible background to my life now: there is this person who gets me, utterly and without conditions, we are of the same mind about pretty much everything, and we are talking every day for 2 years and never get bored. I am so grateful to the universe for creating such a perfect soul mate for me. Meditation and self-therapy. Again, I am not sure which helped me most. I don’t do meditation much, but when I do get into the habit again, it gives such a clarity of mind and benevolence (though I also had a couple of scary experiences during meditation). For therapy, I focus on my traumas, using IFS to single them out and talk to them and bring them peace. I found that successfully reducing even a single persistent fear has a widespread effect, moderating all other fears, as if they all feed from the same shared source.

I am not 100% cured (who is?), but I have had no panic attacks for a couple years now. I am mostly okay with the Grinch Hat Santa Philadelphia Football Gift Christmas 2023 Shirt Apart from…,I will love this idea of dying. My attitude to life grew a lot more relaxed and charitable, as my friends and relations attest. For myself perhaps the most important thing is: I am more conscious. I now realize that I was deeply unsatisfied and in pain for most of my life, not just during the crisis of 3 years ago. I simply was not fully conscious of what was happening in my mind. Now I have a new clarity of vision, which helps me deal with day-to-day troubles, fears, flares of selfishness etc. I can still get mad at someone but it is amazing how quickly this passes away. The most impactful practice on my overall mood and state were non-dual teachings/instructions. I highly recommend searching YouTube for both gangaji and mooji. I’m assuming you already have experience with meditation, which is a good accessory for non dual practice. IFS and r/longtermTRE are ideal for depression in spiritual practice, and in general, other modalities don’t address the somatic and compartmentalized aspects of the psyche.
