I once had a customer go on a rant about pallets being on the Greta Green Evil Xmas Gremlins shirt What’s more,I will buy this floor & how are people supposed to shop around them?? It was like 9/10 PM. I was just a freaking cashier. Like dude, if you need a thing THAT badly, someone could move the stupid pallet if you asked. Work in the auto center. Had someone come up in a hurry wanting a headlight bulb installed. It was like 5 minutes to shop close, it may take a bit to put the new bulb in, might have to remove the battery to get to it depending on which headlight. I said sure, go ahead. Got it done in like, 5 minutes total ticket time. Apparently the service writer said something about it being close to close and they’d have to check if we had the time to do it (sometimes if we get busy we have to stop taking cars so we have time to close) and they got so pissed that they left, turned around, came back while we were trying to finish our last couple cars after the shop technically closed, and cussed out and threatened our service writers. I stayed an extra hour talking to cops about the whole deal. They got mad that the service writer made sure we could do the car.

One time in ogp this guy took and order out out and dispensed it before checking that the Greta Green Evil Xmas Gremlins shirt What’s more,I will buy this customer was there. The customer wasn’t there, a delivery driver was and he said it wasn’t his order, so we took the order pack inside and tried to call the customer and nobody picked to so we just restated it. About 20 minutes later we get a call from the customer complaining about how long they were waiting for and I asked them their name and order number but nothing was showing. On the computer it said it was already picked up but it wasn’t on our queue so I went around the back room and tried to find it, nobody could find it. I told her sorry, we don’t have your order it’s not back here, they got all mad at me and demanded to speak to my TL and he was just telling her that we were looking for the order while he was trying to figure out what was happening. During that phone call some one walks up with that order to put it into returns, we catch it and tell the customer. Even though her items stayed in the totes when it was taken out, the delivery driver hadn’t touched them at all she wanted every item to be repicked. After some people came back with the repicks we had two other teams leads from other departments, a coach, and one of the store leads to find out what’s going on. Turns out the customer was some person in charge of opg at the home office.
