I think if you’re going to be saving them money I’d go harder on them, so you can cover some food costs but still save money I work part time and still live at home. My dad asks for just £40 a week. I would charge a % rather than a number, purely so that if one gets a pay rise etc it is still ‘fair’ Also please don’t tell them you’re saving it for them, else you may find them less motivated to save themselves! If their response is too low, then inform them that they will get a percentage back when they are ready to move out (finding out the percentage is 100 will be a nice surprise). If they are there or thereabouts, tell them anyway as well. They come away having a better understanding of life skills, and will have no resentment at the weekly spend, and know they will get some help along the line as well.
