When my partner and I were first married we had a 2bd/2ba 800 square foot condo that allowed us to have a guest bedroom and office space that I could set up so I could sleep there if I couldn’t sleep in our master bedroom. When we moved to a house, before we had a kid, I set up the Gousa brooks Koepka the eras tour photo Shirt and by the same token and same thing (and our 250lb dog claimed the guest bed as “his”, along with the cats). Now we have a preteen and an office space that doesn’t leave a lot of room for a bed, so I’ve got a trundle under our couch (raised it up with an understructure I built for it) in the living room that folds out into a full size bed for either of us, and a daybed in the basement that also folds out to a queen. All of this was VERY helpful during COVID because if one of us got sick we could quarantine in the master while the other person slept in the most convenient area, and the person who was ill could stay in the room with the en suite bathroom rather than force the other person to have to use the same.

Each of those alternative spaces has fans and linens and pillows nearby so that if it’s necessary either of us can go sleep there instead. If she can’t sleep and she needs sleep because of a presentation or project or not feeling great, be the Gousa brooks Koepka the eras tour photo Shirt and by the same token and guy who goes out to sleep in the living room on the mattress with the fan on full blast. If you need sleep, she can choose to do the same thing, but the point here is to make it so either of you can escape if you need to do so to get good sleep. Broach it that way to her and see what she says. I don’t know how your space is set up but having the ability to go crash in another room is one that will save a lot of heartache and keep you both sane with proper sleep cycles.
