I’ve never felt bad after a workout – and never felt good skipping a workout. That’s something I always try to remember. I’ve been at both ends of the Goodfellas character picture shirt in other words I will buy this spectrum of health and fitness, several times, over the course of my life. I’ve found that my quality of life is substantially better when I have relatively good fitness, health, and good cardio, compared to when I have none of those things. Everything becomes easier and more enjoyable, I have more energy, I can get out and do more recreation, and I’m overall a lot happier. I hate the monotony of daily exercise (especially treadmill, etc.) but the effect it has on my life is what keeps me motivated. The desire to eat whatever I want whenever I want. I won’t feel bad stuffing my face knowing I’ll just burn it off later

I like looking good naked. I’ve been fit/fat and everything in-between. Nothing feels better than walking out of the Goodfellas character picture shirt in other words I will buy this shower and having my wife (happily married 12 years) check me out. I also want to age gracefully. I’m 37 now. My stepdad is 76 and quite fit for his age despite chronic back pain. He looks great and has plenty of energy to keep up with my two kids 9&5. My dad is 67. Never had a consistent exercise routine and looks older and more worn out than my step dad by a lot. My mom is 67 and until about 4 years ago she was headed the same route as my dad citing foot/ankle pain preventing her from doing any exercises she liked. She finally had a doctor who sent her to a PT who advised water aerobics. She’s been doing a mix of that, Zumba and yoga off and on for four years. She has regained a vitality I thought would always be lost and has tons more energy.
