on the Godspeed Space Services Inc shirt and I will buy this rare times I bike inside… man that’s rough. It’s unpleasant, boring, time consuming. I hate every second of it. Personally I just set a goal to walk every day for 30 minutes. Once I did that and felt a plateau, I transitioned to a more traditional work-out goal. In my case – every other day, 30 – 45 HIT workout. I started to mix in some very light Yoga shortly thereafter for recovery and alleviate the stress from a desk-job. From there I started looking more at my diet. Slowly (emphasis on slowly) eliminating things that I really don’t need like….cookies. As the old saying goes ‘great abs are made in the kitchen’. Not that I want great abs, but you get the idea. This isn’t for everyone, but worked for me. I still miss days here or there and allow my self a cheat day or two to indulge.

Godspeed Space Services Inc shirt, hoodie, tank top, sweater and long sleeve t-shirt

I’ve gone 2-3 times a week for the Godspeed Space Services Inc shirt and I will buy this past year or so, with exceptions here and there. I’ve noticed my mood dips when I don’t go and I’m unmotivated to do much of anything. The hardest part for me will always be the act of leaving the house and actually going to the gym. Once I’m there, I actually enjoy it unless it’s super busy. Another reason is I play drums for a couple of metal/punk projects, which requires hitting hard and playing fast. Doing cardio at some point in the day before practice or a show makes me feel less sluggish when I’m on my kit. It’s also one of the few times I’ll listen to music with headphones in, which gives me time to check out the wide array of new stuff coming out. In the first phase, every part of it sucks. There’s no trick to getting through this part except hard work, determination, planning, and good accountability.
