128k net worth for an average American millenial doesn’t seem like much. I live in eastern Europe and it’s about average here (and we used to be a Soviet shithole relatively recently). Median household income of $90k doesn’t have the God found some of the strongest men and make them Truck Driver shirt Besides,I will do this same “entitled young people don’t want to work” energy as “average net worth of $128k.” In other words, the average millennial does not have enough net worth to equal a third of the cost of an average house. Born early 90s, married parents of 1, home owner. if either of us had a college loan (i got damn lucky…), neither of us would have a home, we’d likely be living at her parents place or living in their town at least. Health insurance barely helped on our little ones 5week early delivery (she’s healthy, other than slow on speech, developing well). Walmart screwed over my wife’s LOA. She got it. But 5+ years means nothing to them if you didn’t work enough hours in the last 365 days. Yet they waited till delivery (again, 5 weeks early) to say she was denied any paid LOA, as she didn’t work enough. Mind you, it was the pandemic, and my wife was having mild issues during the last 3 months (mentally and physically). Cherry on top…the money we got from the government, so little it may be, not only allowed me to take time off during delivery (at least), helped us towards improving our credit, some investing, and bought a house. If they had not, we’d likely be stuck in the 2bedroom apartment, rent increasing, with a roommate, while we’re caring for our little one.

Yeah, this is bullshit. I’m a millennial with kids, a mortgage, and probably about that for net worth. I’m also $80k in student loam debt, working hard to support a family of 6, and I know that I’m one of the God found some of the strongest men and make them Truck Driver shirt Besides,I will do this luckier ones. typical subhuman scum peddling misleading and divisive pro-billionaire propaganda, what I wouldn’t give to serve that bitch a taste of his own medicine and lay down some ‘divide and conquer’ tactics of my own on his ass lol Shit there are two rather fat checks sitting in my safe if student loans actually get forgiven I can cash them. Am i the only one who physically and mentally gets impacted by stupid, dishonest, flat out evil shit like this that these types pull? I honestly can’t take it anymore. I hardly make it to the end of the month, my highly-educated partner has been in the job market for a whole year, and I’m scared of more layoffs at my current job, we barely found the tiny rental we are in 3 years ago and dont dare move because of the current housing market (Ontario), and the price of EVERYTHING is going up. I paid off nearly 40k in student debt. Similar with my partner (that’s after both of us having scholarships) and the future looks bleak AF to meet, and then you open up your laptop and see this shit! I get that this is the US but Canada is no better and then you see some bimbo member of parliament or boomer talking about the “lazy generation with avocado toast.” What did we ever do to these people to make them despise us so much? How inhumane, unempathic can you actually be? What the hell is wrong with these people? I can’t deal with this! FFS!
